How exactly does it work?
Here's the process:
Initial interview
This begins the moment we answer your call. We will ask you a variety of questions inquiring on things such as what you have been experiencing, when and where you have had activity, who has been affected, how long activity has been on-going, and more. During this time, you are also free to ask us questions or voice any concerns you may have. Following this, should you request it, we will move onto the next phase.
Initial sweep
During this phase, we will briefly do a 30-60 minute sweep of the allegedly haunted location for anything that stands out as unusual. We will attempt to gather EMF readings, EVPs, and look for other immediate signs of a haunting. Even if nothing is found during this phase, you are still more than welcome to request a full investigation.
Overnight Surveillance
Arguably, the most fun part of the process. During this phase, our team will begin to set up our nightvision and infrared cameras throughout the location in the most active areas to prepare for a 3-6 hour overnight investigation. Our stationary nightvision cameras will be using infrared lighting for additional visibility and will be monitored via our own private wifi connection by a member of our team who will keep in touch with us via hand-held radios for anything unusual that we may not see while on-site. Our members who are active wandering the site will use a plethora of tools and equipment in an attempt to gather data and evidence that the location may in fact be haunted. Our clients are welcome to, and even encouraged to participate in our investigation!
Post-Investigation
Following the over-night investigation, our team will carefully review the footage, recordings, and other data gathered and attempt to debunk our findings, prior to labeling it as genuine evidence. All of our footage, etc will be available for our clients to review, as well. Once we have had time to thoroughly examine our findings, we will meet with the client once more for the final portion.
Debriefing
During this phase, we will meet once more with our client to share every piece of evidence that we have gathered during our investigation. Once a joint determination has been made, our client will receive our official Boo Boy "Certified Haunted sticker" and be added to our list of verified hauntings on our website (if they so choose).
